This mans motorcycle career is so impressive, when you google search 'Dick Mann', only information on him and his career appear. I was really expecting superhero porn.
This is the second moto-dick I thought I'd pay homage to & has been way too long in the making.
On a great road trip in the summer of 2013, The first Dick to inspire me was spotted at the Wheels Through Time museum; Dick Hammer (racing legend, not a porn star). Fall of that same year, I was again excited at the sight of a Dick. At Barber's motorsports museum Dick Mann's bike was on display.
This Dick is one to measure up all others to for all time. He raced dirt flat track, motocross, TT & road racing, Two time AMA Grand National Championship winner, Dick had the stamina to span three decades of professional racing & could still be seen participating in vintage races in 1998.
