Post ride edit: lowered rpm to 4.5k indicated at 70mph indicated. Can't wait to see how much my range increases.

Grip puppies
Installed some grip covers today. Would like the vstrom grips to be thicker in diameter. Hopefully this feels better.
No pics. Not that it was labor intensive.
Looked up "Japanese midget" on the googles, got these.
Disappointed by the lack of Asian midgets.

Lowering the vstrom
Finally had the time to install the lowering links on my bike!
No need for a centerstand when you have tiedowns, a truck bumper, and a jack!
Next I need to swap out the 15t front sprocket with a 17t.

| 14MM wrench safety wired to the bolts so I could remove the nuts holding the old links on. |

Wife gave me permission for a small tasteful piece, like finishing the dolphins around my belly button.
I need to install my lowering links and sprocket.
I can't wait to tag more stuff.
Been thinking about the Natchez trace since I browsed that rider article that I need to upload.
Maybe we should do that again eventually too. I know it got retarded, but all the adventure made for good memories.
I need to find out the legal age a kid can ride in a side car.
I may have to pick up Ural.
