I'm going to wager that this is fact: There are more Harley owners, than there are Harley riders. I love seeing a an old school scooter bum on a worn out Shovel head & a single nap sack going cross country & his counter-part yuppie trailering a full bagger across one state line to go to a rally.
The ratio now days must be 1 Harley rider for every 5 Harley owners.
I could probably get a good deal on a Road King with under 1000 miles.
Oh I wasn't going for the brand angle. I was just thinking people riding like we do, or "riding" their bikes in a trailer. Not that I don't agree with your comment.
70 miles?! Its hard to wrap my head around that, until I realize its not the bikes they are into, its the trailers. Maybe we have it all wrong. They are trailer enthusiasts that just happen to like carrying bikes in they're trailers to show how well their trailers...trail.
Not that I'm a bad ass biker, but I have worn a black 'Hardcore Daddy' t-shirt to a biker bar before.
